1. Introduction

Blessing by Blé takes your privacy seriously. This privacy policy describes how and why we obtain, store and process data which can identify you. We may update this policy from time to time and shall indicate on the web site when changes have been made.

2. The Information we collect

Information is collected from you when you register with us, or when you contribute to or use some of the advanced features on the site. The information we collect is clearly set out on the web page on which we collect it. See as an example; our contact or enquiry forms. We collect information about you so that we can personalise your use of the site, assist your use of the site and improve the site generally. 4.1 – We will only pass on information about you as an individual (as opposed to aggregate information) to third parties to enable us to perform services requested by you or with your prior consent.

4.3 – In certain circumstances we may need to disclose information about you if you breach this privacy policy or if you breach the Terms and Conditions. We may also disclose or access your account if required to do so by law or by any Governmental body.

Blessing by Blé complies with the principles of data protection in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.

 6. SPAM

In accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, we never send bulk unsolicited emails, (popularly known as Spam) to email addresses. All emails sent by us will be clearly marked as originating from us.

Keeping information about you secure is very important to us and certain sections of the site may encrypt data using SSL or a comparable standard. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure. As a result, whilst we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information which you send to us, and you do so at your own risk.

10. How long will cookies stay on your device?

11. How to control and delete cookies

To clear the cookies on the Google Chrome desktop browser, click the three-dot menu , select More tools, click Clear browsing data…, check the “Cookies and other site data” box, make sure the drop-down box at the top of the window says “All time”, and click Clear data.

11.1. To control cookies:

  1. Click the Tools menu or the Gear button. If you don’t see either, press Alt.
  2. Click Internet options.
  3. Click the Privacy tab.
  4. Click the Advanced button.
  5. Click Block for First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies.
  6. Click the Always allow session cookies box.
  7. Click OK to save your changes
  8. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
  9. Select Settings.
  10. Click Show advanced settings.
  11. In the “Privacy” section, click the Content settings button.
  12. In the “Cookies” section, you can change to your preferred setting.

Note that if you set your browser to disable cookies, you may not be able to access certain parts of our Service and other parts of our Service may not work properly.

12. Automated decisions

Parts of and our billing process (which is transacted via [Paypal / Worldpay]) are automatic and we may process your personal data as part of and the billing process.
